This was an important meeting because it was finally possible to put the nose on any available documentation ... DATA, recordings, projects, RELAZIONI e quant’altro..... DOPO MESI di RISPOSTE ALEATORIE.... che hanno di fatto confermato che le riflessioni fatte in questi mesi su come era stata realizzata la discarica ERANO PIENAMENTE GIUSTE E RAZIONALI.
C’erano perplessità sulla realizzazione della discarica e sulla assoluta inconciliabilità con il forte rischio vulcanico sancito dalle parti presenti all’incontro attraverso il comunicato sottoscritto....
L'importanza di tale ammissione non è da poco se si considera come può essere anche uno spunto importante per battaglie future e per l'urgenza di bonifiche.
Una riunione tecnica di rilievo che ha consentito alle controparti visionare tutte le certificazioni utili alla diretta conoscenza di quanto avvenuto e tutt’ora avviene nel sito di cava ex Sari!
Questo in sintesi il resume dell’incontro:
1. la discartica, la cui ubicazione era prevista dal DL 90/2008 è stata progettata limitando le "concessioni" dello stesso decreto, che prevedeva la possibilità di conferire rifiuti speciali e pericolosi (vedi codici CER ); tale accorgimento (minimo!!!!!!!) è stato dettato dall'assoluta inadeguatezza del sito scelto, il quale ricade in una zona vulcanica attiva e con un elevato rischio di mancanza di sicurezza, in caso di evento naturale. Anche la relazione della commissione europea che ha visionato la discarica, durante la visita ispettiva, metteva in evidenza as the first concept of the site for reasons inadegutezza "geological".
