Yes ... as for cooperatives also be reviewed by our ACS auditor Confcooperative of Lucca (project partner law), Dr. Breschi. But what is review? The review is responsible for providing the leadership and management tips and suggestions to improve the management and the level of internal democracy, through the analysis of some documents (minutes of the Board, the Shareholders' Meeting, statutes, rules of procedure , 2009-2010 budget, etc). The next meeting will take place in the Board which will be communicated through regular call. From next week the secretaries, the president, vice president and cashiers will be prepared for this "challenge" from their tutor in the hope of being promoted to full marks !!!!!!!
